Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping to other countries is not available at this time. Available shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout.
Where your order ships from
Spartacus and Yibuko products ship from the United States. All other brands ship from Thailand. Orders containing products from different shipping origins may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery estimate
Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier delays, holidays and customs processing may affect delivery.

Striking Supply covers customs and duty fees. Customers are responsible only for any applicable local sales taxes displayed at checkout.
Shipping charges and tracking

Returns, exchanges and refunds
Contact service@strikingsupply.com before sending any item back. Include your order number, the product and a description of the issue. For a suspected defect, include clear photos so we can review your request and provide return instructions.
Defective products
Report defects in new products within 15 days of delivery. Full refunds are available only for products confirmed to be defective and are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected. Please inspect new products promptly and report any defect within this window.
Unused equipment exchanges
Request exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are available only for unused equipment. Customers are responsible for both the shipping cost to return the original item and the shipping cost to send the replacement product. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before returning your equipment.
Special-case refunds
Request a special-case return within 30 days of delivery. In special circumstances, we may approve a refund for an unused product with a restocking fee of 10–15%. Approval and the applicable fee will be confirmed by email before the return is arranged. Used equipment is not eligible for an exchange or a special-case refund.
Inspection and refunds
We will notify you after the returned product has been inspected and confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

After each session, wipe the inside and outside with a clean cloth. Allow them to air dry completely and use glove deodorizers. Never leave them in your gym bag as moisture causes bacteria and odor.
