Unused equipment exchanges

Request exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are available only for unused equipment. Customers are responsible for both the shipping cost to return the original item and the shipping cost to send the replacement product. Special-case refunds

Request a special-case return within 30 days of delivery. In special circumstances, we may approve a refund for an unused product with a restocking fee of 10–15%. Approval and the applicable fee will be confirmed by email before the return is arranged. Used equipment is not eligible for an exchange or a special-case refund.

Inspection and refunds

We will notify you after the returned product has been inspected and confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
